IAQC Policy
The key principle of IAQC is to identify, satisfy and to look for ways to exceed the needs and expectations of its valuable customers by providing the world class Quality of Inspection Services delivered on time by professionally trained and committed employees.
To ensure the implementation of this policy IAQC will:
· Implement, maintain and sustain a Quality System to comply with the requirements of ISO 17020:2012.
· Focus on the needs of our valuable customers/principals.
· Provide timely delivery of services to customers through professional approach, experience & dedicated team.
· Maintain impartiality and confidentiality being an independent inspection body.
· Strictly comply with all legal and regulatory requirements applicable to our Industry.
· Strive for continual improvement through identification and elimination of the root causes of problems.
· Strive for continual improvement through monitoring and evaluating our servicing process, to improve our performance in continual way.
· Enable the involvement and upgrading the skills of employees through trainings.
The Quality Policy and Objectives are mandatory to all our employees who are made aware of this Policy through awareness programs and displays in premises of work.
No employee of the entities concerned can agree to be subjected to commercial, financial or other pressure likely to influence the result of a service performed.
We shall ensure, by all means, that everyone continually protects the confidential information of our customers, weather collected during engagement or from other sources.
We shall ensure, particularly by means of internal audits and management reviews, that everyone, as so far as he is concerned, understand and complies with these provisions.
3.11 Complaint
Unlike an appeals, a person or organization expresses dissatisfaction with the activities of the inspection body in relation to its activities.
4: General conditions
4.1 Impartiality and independence
4.1.1 IAQC conducts the inspection activities in an independant manner as a third party, and accordingly its impartiality is designed as such. IAQC is conducting Type A inspection and is conducting all its inspection activities is an independent mannar. Even the certification activities are carried out in a totally separate way from the inspection.
4.1.2 IAQC conducts the inspection activities in an impartial manner.
4.1.3 IAQC is responsible for the impartiality of the inspection activities and does not allow commercial, financial or other pressure to jeopardize the impartiality. The financial structure and financing of IAQC is reviewed annually by an independent internal audit. IAQC maintains its financial independence with the proceeds of its activities and no assistance is received from any person or organization.
4.1.4 IAQC continuously determines the risks to its impartiality in its services.
IAQC has identified the threats / risks related to objectivity in its activities in the F-01 risk & opportunities matrix. These threats / risks may arise from business relationships or the relationships of staff. However, such relations are not permitted to threaten the impartiality of IAQC.
4.1.5 When a threat is identified that may affect impartiality, IAQC will show how to eliminate or minimize it. (See F-01 risk & opportunities matrix.)
4.1.6 IAQC Top Management has a commitment to impartiality (policy) and is declared on the website.
In addition, inspection and office personnel are committed to impartiality by signing a confidentiality and impartiality form F-02.
4.1.7 IAQC is committed to compliance with ISO / IEC 17020: 2012 in the policy Annex 1.
4.2 Confidentiality
IAQC has taken measures to keep confidential the information it encounters during inspection activities at all levels of the organization, committees / boards and external organizations, or persons working on behalf of the organization, including externally appointed personnel:
– Responsibility for confidentiality is documented in the proposal, order, inspection, and certification contract for each organization.
– It is also stated in these documents that information, documents and reports related to an organization (other than legal obligation) cannot be given to third parties without the permission of the organization. It is stated that the organization will be informed if this is a legal obligation.
– All the personnel of IAQC and contracted personnel and committee members who have been assigned from outside have signed confidentiality commitments (confidentiality and impartiality form F-02).
– Organization documents, reports, etc. inspection, product certification and certification process records are kept by IAQC and these are prevented from being accessed other than company authorized personnel and related personnel.
4.2.1 IAQC has regulations and policies at all levels, including committees and external organizations or individuals working on their behalf, obtained or formed during certification activities, through agreements that have a legal obligation to protect the security of information.
IAQC informs the customer about the information it intends to place in public places.
4.2.2 IAQC, other than the requirements of this international standard, without the written permission of the relevant organization or individual, information about a particular customer or individual does not communicate to a third party. If IAQC is obliged to disclose information about a customer legally, it has specified the terms and conditions in the contract and informs the customer in advance.
4.2.3 IAQC shall treat confidential information about the customer obtained from sources other than the customer (for example, from the complainants or regulatory authorities).
